How Coaching Works

Coaching is not a “quick fix”, or a “digging into early childhood experiences”. You and I form a partnership and my responsibility is to facilitating your movement forward, to reach your goals and experience the benefits of them. The coaching plan including goals, vision and monthly milestones, is the basis for the coaching process. The outcome is beyond anything you could have previously imagined!

Through our breakthrough sessions you overcome your fears, improve your work situation, develop yourself as a leader, accomplish your dreams, or practically anything else you hope to achieve.

Ways of Working Together

To make coaching access easy and cost effective, I mainly work over the phone with my clients. Saving time and money is something my clients appreciate. To further make coaching available for as many people as possible, you can chose between tele-seminars, group coaching, e-mail coaching, web based courses, workshops, seminars, and individual coaching.

Individual coaching typically takes place over the phone which provides ultimate convenience. Group coaching can occur over the phone or in person. See our program page.

Gold Level – Keep your energy at a high level and your momentum going. Under this program you’ll get (3) powerful 30- minute coaching calls per month, unlimited e-mail support, assessments, and work material.

Silver Level – For those with busy schedules, this level fit perfectly. You’ll get (2) powerful coaching calls per month together with unlimited e-mail support. These two coach calls can make all the difference when meeting and exceeding your goals.
