Good Wednesday Morning to You!

It’s easy to get out of balance with your business. Despite good intentions, suddenly you find yourself working longer hours and making less money.

Here are 3 things I use to do when I feel I’m out of balance with my business. Taking these actions always help me to get back into alignment with who I am and what I want to accomplish in the world:

1. Choose ONE single target market and put your focus there

This is critical.  When you identify an accessible target market and determine all the places to reach them, you will have more places to reach them than time to do it. Effectively serving one market is more than a full time job. Multiple target markets means multiple full time jobs!

2. Identify their greatest problems.

How do you get your target market’s attention when there is so much noise and so many other people trying to get their attention? This simple question will help you to get clarity: “What are my target market’s greatest problems, and how can I make it as easy as possible to fix them?”

3. Provide a solution to their problems.

Solve their problems through various communications – the written word, audio, video and live speaking/teaching.  Give them  a lot of great value for free so they can get to know and trust you.  Build trust, show them the authentic you. Giving value also keeps their attention on you while they are checking you out before they do business with you.

Once this is done, you can start communicating with your market so they get to know you as the expert you are, and they can determine if you’re the right solution for them.

These 3 simple steps will help you save the time and energy you instead want to focus on the right clients and the right activities.

If it’s not fun, you’re not doing it right! is a great motto for Accelerating Your Wealth.

A key to Attracting and Accelerating True Wealth is to getting what you love to do, in alignment with what you’re really doing. Doing what you love is going to create True Wealth in your life faster. When you’re doing something that’s really fun for you, you’re able to do it without looking at the clock every now and then.

Anything you do in that timeless state, in the “Zone” as some want to call it, is “Your Thing”. It’s your passion, you do it with an open, unrestricted mind, tirelessly, open for innovation. Then work is not a burden and it doesn’t feel like work.

True Wealth doesn’t come until you fully commit to doing what you love. You are not selfish when you commit to do what your heart say YES to! Your happiness is a wealth-attractor, not the other way around.

Most people have a reverse understanding: they will do what they love when they have enough money, when they’ve paid their debts, when they have a house…..

Reverse it: Do what you love and the money will follow!

Have you ever though of how many times a day you tell yourself that you “need” something?  “I really need that job”, “I really need that money”, I really need to get out of here”…“so even if I don’t want I have to do this, I have to sell myself short, I have to settle for less… because I need the… I have to because…. ”

Familiar? This is the perpetual internal dialogue of need. All the things I need to have. All the things I absolutely need to do.

Your whole mind goes weak whenever you think in terms of need. And a weak mind is not strong enough to create.

Many small businesses have their whole set up based on continuously trying to fill their needs. Meetings are based on “What do we need to do?” or “What position do we need to fill?” And they take action based on the fear of not meeting unfulfilled needs.

Make a list of 25 things you want to Do, Be or Have in your life or in your business, in the next period of time. (60 days or 6 months doesn’t matter; just pick the time period you feel is right for you).  Write down the 25 things that feel really important to you.

Now, circle the 5 most important things on this list. These are the things you are 100% committed to Do, Be or Have in your life within the given time period, the 5 things you’re a 100% commitment to, that you put all your resources, focus and energy’s on getting. No if’s, but’s or and’s!

I’m often told that someone is waiting to start their business, get into one of my programs, or make the change… when the time is right.

Each time I wonder how they will know when the right time is.  Also, I wonder how they can think they are in that much control. Thirdly, if they are waiting for their life to happen, they will miss it. To believe that you can delay your life and the circumstances in it is to be totally out of integrity.

If you have thought even a nanosecond of something, the right time is happening right now. You can either spend your life waiting – or you can act. It’s all about making a choice. The more you wait, the more you will… wait.
